1. Description of Promotion

The 7 Days of ProphetX-MAS Promotion (“Promotion”) rewards eligible users with entries into a giveaway offering a new prize each day from December 25, 2025 through December 31, 2025. Each qualifying prediction of $50 or more on any market of the CFP First Round Games taking place on December 19, 2025 and December 20, 2025 will earn the user one (1) entry into the prize pool for all 7 giveaway days. Each entry is eligible for every prize draw unless selected as a winner on a previous day.

Prize Schedule:

• Day 1 (12/25): $50 Gift Card to a Coffee/Beverage Place of Your Choice

• Day 2 (12/26): $100 Gift Card (Amazon, Visa, Amex, etc.)

• Day 3 (12/27): $100 Credit Toward Your Utility Bill

• Day 4 (12/28): $100 Gift Card to a Restaurant of Your Choice

• Day 5 (12/29): $250 Credit Toward a Car Payment

• Day 6 (12/30): $500 Gift Card to a Clothing Brand of Your Choice

• Day 7 (12/31): $500 Toward Your Rent or Mortgage

Winners will be selected randomly and announced daily from December 25 through December 31, 2025.

All prizes are fulfilled via gift cards or direct credit (when applicable), at the discretion of ProphetX. Entries must be earned by placing qualifying predictions; no purchase necessary alternate method of entry may be provided upon request.

2. Trigger Conditions and Reward Fulfillment

• Users receive one (1) entry per qualifying $50+ prediction placed on any CFP First Round Game played on December 19 or December 20, 2025.

• Only predictions placed, not settled, on those dates will count.

• One entry qualifies a user for all 7 prize drawings unless already selected as a winner.

• Prize drawings will take place daily between 12/25/25 – 12/31/25, with winners contacted via email.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is only open to individuals who (1) are at least nineteen (19) years of age. Additionally, ProphetX reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion.

4. Play Requirements

Prophet Cash is non-redeemable until all prophet cash has been played through a total of one time (1x) (“Play Through Requirement”). Eligible participants may not match both sides of a market to clear the Play Through Requirement. If any eligible participant is found to have matched both sides of the same market in order to clear the play through requirement, the bonus will then be deemed void. Upon completion of the Play Through Requirement, all bonus funds and applicable winnings are redeemable. Any unmatched plays will not count towards the Play Through Requirement.

5. Additional Terms

Administration: If a dispute or discrepancy, ProphetX site terms and conditions and all house rules take precedence over promotional terms and conditions. Limited to one (1) per household. By accepting any promotional bonus, registered players agree to abide by terms and conditions of this promotion. ProphetX expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. All promotions are subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You may only have (1) active ProphetX Account at any time. ProphetX is not responsible for any errors or omissions in any advertising for the promotion. ProphetX is not responsible or liable for computer or program malfunctions. ProphetX reserves the right to exclude certain players from this promotion, as well as the right to withhold the bonus reward for any reason. This promotion is at sole discretion of the Sponsor. ProphetX reserves the right to restrict at any time any ProphetX Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and their decisions will be final and binding. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. By redeeming this Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising agencies, directors, officers, employees, and agents from all liability claims or actions of any kind. In consideration of the Promotion Bonus, each individual hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of such individual’s name, photograph, likeness (including his/her voice), biographical information and statements concerning the Promotion, in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by the Sponsor and its affiliates. Under applicable law, none of the Sponsors are responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, economic, exemplary, punitive, or other damages under any contract, negligence, strict liability, punitive or other damages.
