TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Description of Promotion
The Parlay Giveaway Promotion (“Promotion”) allows eligible ProphetX users to receive one (1) entry into a weekly raffle to win a $500 gift card to a restaurant of the winner’s choice for every $50 or more wagered on parlays during the designated promotional periods. To qualify, parlays must be placed (not settled) during the weekly promotional windows. Users may earn multiple entries each week based on the total amount wagered in qualifying parlays. Each promotional period concludes with a drawing to select one (1) winner. Winners will be notified via email and receive their gift card within 72 hours of verification and selection.

Promotional Periods and Draw Dates:

• Week 1: November 3 – November 9 → Drawing on Tuesday, November 11, 2025

• Week 2: November 10 – November 16 → Drawing on Tuesday, November 18, 2025

• Week 3: November 17 – November 23 → Drawing on Tuesday, November 25, 2025

• Week 4: November 24 – November 30 → Drawing on Tuesday, December 2, 2025

All prizes are subject to verification. Entries are reset weekly and do not roll over into subsequent drawings. All bonus funds, if applicable, are subject to the Play Through Requirements and governed by the ProphetX Sweepstakes Rules and General Terms and Conditions.

2. Trigger Conditions and Reward Fulfillment
To qualify for the Promotion:

• The user must place $50 or more in total parlay bets during a promotional period.

• Only parlays placed within each week’s promotional window (regardless of when they settle) will count toward that week’s entry total.

• Each $50 in qualifying parlay plays earns one (1) raffle entry.

• Drawings will occur the Tuesday immediately following each promotional period.

• One winner per period will be selected to receive a $500 gift card to a restaurant of their choice.

3. Eligibility
The Promotion is only open to individuals who (1) are at least nineteen (19) years of age and (2) have not made a purchase on ProphetX. Additionally, ProphetX reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion.

4. Play Requirements
Prophet Cash is non-redeemable until all prophet cash has been played through a total of one time (1x) (“Play Through Requirement”). Eligible participants may not match both sides of a market to clear the Play Through Requirement. If any eligible participant is found to have matched both sides of the same market in order to clear the play through requirement, the bonus will then be deemed void. Upon completion of the Play Through Requirement, all bonus funds and applicable winnings are redeemable. Any unmatched plays will not count towards the Play Through Requirement.

5. Additional Terms
Administration: If a dispute or discrepancy, ProphetX site terms and conditions and all house rules take precedence over promotional terms and conditions. Limited to one (1) per household. By accepting any promotional bonus, registered players agree to abide by terms and conditions of this promotion. ProphetX expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. All promotions are subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You may only have (1) active ProphetX Account at any time. ProphetX is not responsible for any errors or omissions in any advertising for the promotion. ProphetX is not responsible or liable for computer or program malfunctions. ProphetX reserves the right to exclude certain players from this promotion, as well as the right to withhold the bonus reward for any reason. This promotion is at sole discretion of the Sponsor. ProphetX reserves the right to restrict at any time any ProphetX Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and their decisions will be final and binding. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. By redeeming this Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising agencies, directors, officers, employees, and agents from all liability claims or actions of any kind. In consideration of the Promotion Bonus, each individual hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of such individual’s name, photograph, likeness (including his/her voice), biographical information and statements concerning the Promotion, in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by the Sponsor and its affiliates. Under applicable law, none of the Sponsors are responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, economic, exemplary, punitive, or other damages under any contract, negligence, strict liability, punitive or other damages.
