1. Description of Promotion

The Fall Purchase Match Promotion (“Promotion”) offers select eligible ProphetX users a one-time Promotional Prophet Cash bonus equal to 20% of their first qualifying Purchase made during the Promotion Period up to a maximum of either 10 Prophet Cash or 25 Prophet Cash. Users who are new to ProphetX may receive up to a maximum of 10 Prophet Cash. Returning users who have previously made a Purchase on ProphetX may receive up to a maximum of 25 Prophet Cash. Only the first successful Purchase made by the user during the Promotion Period will be considered for bonus calculation. Purchases made prior to receiving the promotional email or before 12:01 AM EST on August 30, 2025, will not qualify. The Promotion ends at 11:59 PM EST on September 15, 2025. This Promotion is invite-only and is not available to the general public. Users must receive an email invitation directly from ProphetX and access the Promotion through the provided link to qualify. All bonuses are subject to the Play Through Requirements and governed by the ProphetX Sweepstakes Rules and General Terms and Conditions.

2. To qualify for the Promotion:
 

• The user must receive a direct invitation from ProphetX and access the Promotion through the link provided in the email.

• The user must make a qualifying Purchase on ProphetX during the Promotion Period.

• Only the first successful Purchase made during the Promotion Period will be used to determine the bonus amount.

Upon completion of the qualifying Purchase:

• The user will receive a bonus equal to 20% of the Purchase amount, credited as Promotional Prophet Cash.

• The bonus amount will not exceed the user's assigned cap of either 10 or 25, as determined by ProphetX.

• The bonus amount will be credited within 24 hours of the qualifying purchase.

3. Limitations on Participation

ProphetX reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion, including based on your play patterns or play history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith.  This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  

4. Restrictions on Redemption

The Referral Bonus is not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

5. Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your participation in this Promotion at any time, please contact customer support at prophetx.co or email hello@betprophet.co. Any Prophet Cash in your account shall remain subject to the Play Through Requirement detailed in Section 8 before it may be redeemed.

7. Additional Terms

Administration:  If a dispute or discrepancy, ProphetX's terms and conditions and all house rules take precedence over promotional terms and conditions.  Only one (1) Promotion per household.  By accepting any promotional bonus, registered players agree to abide by terms and conditions of this promotion. This promotion is subject to regulatory approval and voided where prohibited. ProphetX  expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent.  All promotions are subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You may only have (1) active ProphetX Account at any time. ProphetX is not responsible for any errors or omissions in any advertising for the promotion. ProphetX is not responsible or liable for computer or program malfunctions. ProphetX reserves the right to exclude certain players from this promotion, as well as the right to withhold the bonus for any reason. This promotion is at sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any ProphetX Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason.  Any questions relating to eligibility, these Promotion Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and their decisions will be final and binding. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. By redeeming this Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising agencies, directors, officers, employees, and agents from all liability claims or actions of any kind.  In consideration of the Promotion Bonus, each individual hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of such individual’s name, photograph, likeness (including his/her voice), biographical information and statements concerning the Promotion, in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by the Sponsor and its affiliates. Under applicable law, none of the Sponsors are responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, economic, exemplary, punitive, or other damages under any contract, negligence, strict liability, punitive or other damages.
